Zambian casebook.

The article presents information on some of the clinical cases seen by the authors during their stay in Zambia on a recent Vision Aid Overseas visit. The authors say that nearly half of the patients seen on the visit to the Zambian province of Luapula were presented with irritation which is caused by hot and dusty conditions, poor hygiene, vitamin A deficiency and excessive UV exposure.
