Terahertz technology enables systems for molecular characterization.

The article focuses on a study conducted to evaluate terahertz radiation technology for molecular characterization. It is stated that the difference frequency generation (DFG) techniques can also produce both CW and pulsed terahertz radiation along with eliminating the use of an expensive femtosecond laser. To obtain the permeation parameters for N-0915, terahertz scanning reflectometer measurements of the stratum corneum were characterized.
