Abstract

The article offers information on Indacaterol or Arcapta Neohaler. It states that indacaterol is used in the bronchodilator treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It mentions that this ultra-long acting beta-2 agonist is contraindicated in asthma patients who do not use long-term medication on asthma-control. It says that headache, nasopharyngitis, and oropharyngeal pain were among the adverse effects of indacaterol.
