Studies the use of electronic structure of the reactive system to enhance the sampling of rare chemical events in complex systems. Introduction of a finite electronic temperature; Prototypical chemical reactions in gas and in condensed phase; Cis-trans isomerization of an acid in an aqueous solution at room temperature.
