Toward a cybernetic psychology.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to review the relationship between cybernetics and psychology. Design/methodology/approach – The paradigms of cybernetics are reviewed and then applied to psychology. Findings – Applying the paradigms of cybernetics to psychology provides a conceptually coherent account of what is a psychological individual.
