Suggests that the extent of regional lymph node metastasis is the most accurate predictor of disease recurrence in patients treated for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Circumstances surrounding the detection of transforming growth factor-alpha (TGF-alpha) in primary tumors of patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma; Definition of the head and neck squamous cell carcinoma; Information on the regional node metastasis.
