Abstract
- The article examines the management of Bank of America Corp. It is reported that the company will create an advisory board to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Brian Moynihan on strategic planning of expansion into international markets. It is also reported that the bank has hired the executive search firm Ridgeway Partners to locate candidates to become new directors of the corporation, as several board members are nearing mandatory retirement age.
