Abstract
- In this article several American higher education administrators and experts share their views on college completion rates and their function in measuring the quality of education offered to college students. Particular focus is given to U.S. higher education policies focused on increasing college graduation rates and degree attainment. Other topics explored include the efforts and engagement of college students, student mobility, and completion rates for community college students.
