Enhancement radiation dermatitis is a rare and interesting entity whose mechanism is currently unknown. We report the case of a patient diagnosed with melanoma and brain metastases who was on treatment with temozolamide and phenytoin, and shortly after receiving whole brain holocraneal radiotherapy, patient developed toxic epidermal necrolysis beginning at the scalp.
