Abstract: The article reports that a lawyer of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) inadvertently revealed the identity of a whistleblower within the securities trading platform company Pipeline Trading Systems LLC during an investigation of that firm. The former employee of Pipeline is identified as Peter C. Earle.
