Unions consider 'escalation' of industrial action.

Abstract: The article discusses meetings of Great Britain's National Union of Teachers (NUT) and National Association of Schoolmasters/Union of Women Teachers (NASUWT) held in April 2012. Particular focus is given to possible labor strikes and other industrial action discussed at the meetings. Details related to the timing of the strikes and teacher attitudes towards a proposed regional pay system are also presented.
