The Software and Information Industry Association has signed an agreement with InfoCommerce Group Inc. to produce the commercial data product conference DataContent 2012. Publisher John Wiley & Sons Inc. has acquired the online structural and civil engineering database Structurae. Educational publisher Britannica Digital Learning has entered a partnership with information aggregator EBSCO Publishing to license content.
