Abstract: The article informs that Emmiss Communications Corp. has leased its 98.7 frequency modulation to ESPN network. Emmis held the particular frequency for its Kiss radio station which played African American music for several decades in the New York City area. Espn will now move its New York City 1050 amplitude modulation dial to this frequency.
