- Examines the seasonal export production and surface accumulation rates of coccolithophore and carbonate sedimentation in Canary Islands. Increase in coccolith sedimentation in February and March; Preference of Gephyrocapsa species for higher productivity conditions; Effect of the dissolution processes on the deep sediments.
