Pravni i sociološki aspekti volontiranja u civilnom sektoru.

In this paper the author analyses the present situation and future perspective of volunteering in the Republic of Croatia, primarily considering activities in civil society. Volunteering is presented from the point of law by comparing regulations and experiences in the Republic of Croatia with those in foreign countries, so as to define the legal frame for further analyses. By encounting crucial parts of infrastructure for volunteering and their activities, and analyzing already existing researches, the author wants to present volunteering trough the view of the public, business and non-profit sector, and most importantly -- through the eyes of the citizens themselves.
