RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN AVIATION LAW.

The article presents information on the decisions by the courts regarding the aviation law of the U.S. The district court of California granted the motion to dismiss on the grounds of forum non conveniens wherein the plaintiffs were offered adequate forum by the country where the plane crash took place. Information on the cases judged by the Supreme Court of the U.S. regarding several issues like the Death on the High Seas Act under the law of sea, the educational malpractice doctrine, choice of law and the federal preemption is also presented.
