Abstract

Presents studies which examined electronic structures of strained-layer super lattices (SLS) InP/InAs system, using an all electron-potential, scalar relativistic linearized muffin-tin-orbital method. Configuration of the unit cell of (InAs)[subn](InP)[subn](001]; Band structure and frozen potential of LS; Conditions influencing the corrected band gaps of SLS in flying-spot microscope; Effects of hydrostatic pressure on the electronic structures of SLS.
