It aims to determine the level of impact of the journal ORAL in the database IMBIOMED. Retrospective and longitudinal study. Consultations and visits done to the serial publications of stomatologists in the Indice Mexicano de Revistas Biomédicas Latinoamericanas (IMBIOMED) were evaluated of a group of cibermetric indicators selected with that purpose. The magazines that most people read were determined, the magazines with most articles downloaded, the total of articles, the most famous author, among others. In order to determine the most popular magazines for stomatologist, it was developed a general index from the highest position of each one of the studied publications in the classification according individual indicators.
