Understanding the Expectations of Pakistani Libraries Users: A Lingual Study.

The article discusses library and information science in Pakistan as of April 2012, with a focus on library users and their expectations concerning library and information services provision. Topics include expectations among students and university faculty, the library service quality metric LibQUAL Protocol, and LibQUAL's reliance on disconfirmation and confirmation theory.
