Abstract
- The article reports that a hedge fund managed by the Fletcher Asset Management (FAM) investment firm of Alphonse "Buddy" Fletcher Jr. has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection as of July 2012. It is noted that another fund managed by FAM was ordered to be wound up by liquidators from the firm Ernst & Yong in April 2012 due to insolvency.
