Abstract

The article presents a cohort study which identifies factors associated with dissatisfaction with intensive care in the U.S. It is inferred that 449 family members of adult intensive care were examined. The significance of the study in the development of evidence-based strategies to improve satisfaction with the intensive care unit experience is outlined.
