Abstract
- The article focuses on the financial status of campus newspaper "Daily 49er" at California State College in Long Beach, California. It states that the newspaper enjoyed a boost in the financial commitment of the university. However, the newspaper encounter a controversy on going on-line only in 2007, resulting to the dismissal of William A. Babcock, chairman of Journalism.
