Abstract
- The article discusses research investigating the relationship between heat extraction from the palm, work volume, and strength training responses to resistive exercise. Topics include an overview of the study's experimental design, results of core temperature and work volume measurements, and the study's conclusion regarding the effects of palm cooling on work volume and the link between core temperature and fatigue onset during resistive exercise.
