Digital Migration Strategies, Old and New.

The article focuses on the successes in the digital migration in libraries. A working paper series which was published digitally is presented wherein it included authors such as Emmanuel Saez and George Strauss whose papers continue to draw download traffic. The good outcomes in building data centers is discussed in a data acquisition wherein the library provided its licensing expertise and a dedicated workstation. The concept of a library as a publisher is explored.
