Abstract
- The article presents information on the academic access services that establishes contacts between academic library users and the library. It informs that negative access services interactions results from disconnection between user expectations and access services' policies which helps in studying the way the user perceives library services. It also informs that to fix broken access services, design thinking process should be implemented.
