Absolutely continuous spectrum of a class of random nonergodic Schrödinger operators.

We consider a class of random Schrödinger operators with nondecaying potentials and prove that their absolutely continuous spectrum almost surely fills the positive half-line. We establish the existence of the wave operators using the trace-class scattering theory. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
