- Examines the oxidation of vitamin D in a model of 12 percent water and 88 percent acetone in the presence of riboflavin under light and dark conditions, by means of measuring the depleted headspace oxygen. Effects of riboflavin on the oxidation process; Importance of vitamin D in the mineralization and growth of bones.
