Abstract
- The article presents several court cases related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Plaintiffs Joe Thompson and S. S. sued Chicago Park District and Whitesboro Central School District respectively claiming that they had been violated under ADA. The courts found that Thompson and S. S. have failed to provide evidence that will meet the legitimate employment expectation and the swim team program's requirements.
