Pediatric Rheumatology.

The article discusses several studies on pediatric rheumatology. One study examined the rates of hospitalized bacterial infection associated with juvenile idiopathic arthritis and its treatment. Another presented a clinical analysis of macrophage activation syndrome in pediatric patients with autoimmune diseases. A longitudinal study of the Pediatric Rheumatology International Trials Organization (PRINTO) on growth and puberty in juvenile systemic lupus erythematosus is included.
