- The article offers advice for women striving to become chief executive officer (CEO) in Australia. Pip Marlow of Microsoft Australia says she tells women not to worry about the glass ceiling and remember that getting to the top is attainable. Katie Lahey of Korn Ferry in Australia and New Zealand says women should be open to career success and overcome any confidence barriers they have built for themselves.
