Abstract

The article presents an overview of the doctoral dissertation of Miroslav Kuburić about a spatial unit valuation model as basis for mass real estate valuation. The dissertation discusses the concept of mass real estate valuation. The defining attribute structure by which the spatial units are described is discussed.
