Abstract
- This section offers news briefs on criminal law legislation in Great Britain as of 2012. It describes the Sexual Offences Act 2003 Order 2012, which was made on July 16, 2012. A Consultation Paper on deferred prosecution agreements was issued by the Ministry of Justice. The Home Office introduced the Crime and Courts Bill 2012-13 to the House of Lords.
