Young workers present a higher risk of leaving a job in comparison with adults as a consequence of their own characteristics, but also because of the type of jobs they work at. This high occupational instability could negatively affect their future occupational paths. This paper presents a characterization of recent occupational mobility in Argentina (2003-2010), focusing on young workers.
