Abstract

The article discusses the concern by quadruple amputee soldier Brendan Marrocco for his neighbors in Staten Island, New York who have been victimized by Hurricane Sandy. It states that the custom-built dwelling of Marrocco, which has been constructed through 850,000 dollars in donation, has been damaged by the hurricane. It mentions that Marrocco has turned down the suggestion of community assistance to repair his home and has instead urged for more help to be given to his neighbors.
