Battle Plan Shifts On Dodd-Frank.

The article discusses the 2010 Dodd-Frank law that overhauled the U.S. financial system. Particular attention is given to possible revisions to the law following the 2012 reelection of U.S. President Barack Obama that could allow for more economic development and impact smaller banks.
