Abstract
- The article comments on studies on the pharmacokinetics of insulin glargine in individuals with type 1 and type 2 diabete. It has been informed that according to a study insulin glargine has an enhanced affinity to IGF-1 receptors in a human osteosarcoma cell line and it is associated with increased mitogenicity.
