Abstract

The House Subcommittee on Human Resources has concluded that William Casey, currently the CIA director, slipped pilfered briefing papers into Reagan's 1980 presidential campaign organization. The report charged that this material came from the campaign team of former President Jimmy Carter, and was used to help Reagan in his 1980 October televised debate against Carter.
