Temporal and Spatial Analysis of Later-Life Migration into Florida from 1980–2010 with an Application of the Palm Bay Parkway.

The article focuses on spatial and temporal analysis of later-life migration in Florida from 1980-2010 using the Palm Bay Parkway. The study uses descriptive analysis to examine the spatial patterns of migration. Results show that the increased rate of in-migration and selection into metropolitan statistical areas (MSA) has been consistent from one time period to the next.
