Abstract
- The article focuses on library partnerships. Community relationships are reportedly more meaningful when the partnering organizations are incorporated into the library's strategic plan, which has done the work of identifying the library user community's wants and needs. Meanwhile, offering programming in partnership with a host of respected organizations can allegedly change uninformed attitudes or perceptions towards the 21st-century public library.
