Abstract
- The article discusses the court case New Gaming Systems, Inc. vs. National Indian Gaming Commission in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. The dispute stems from an equipment lease and promisory note New Gaming Systems (NGS), the Nation and Enterprise executed in conjunction with the construction and operation of a casino. The court concluded that the agency's decision should be affirmed.
