Abstract: The article provides information on the DeFACTO study which examined the diagnostic performance of fractional flow reserve (FFR) from computed tomography (CT) for the detection and exclusion of hemodynamically significant coronary artery disease (CAD) in a prospective multicenter international study. It outlines inclusion/exclusion criteria of the study participants. It also details study procedures.
