Abstract
- The article offers information on fitness. According to Charlie Weingroff, a personal trainer at SoHo's Drive 495 and the former strength coach for the U.S. Marines Special Operations Forces, the two main categories of fitness are power and endurance. The Tactical Strength Challenge is said to be a good general test of overall strength. Weingroff offers a suggestion for testing aerobic endurance.
