Abstract
- Abstract: The solubility of puerarin in methanol and acetic acid solvent mixtures was measured by a static analytical method at temperatures ranging from (293.15 to 333.15)K. The mass fraction of acetic acid in the solvent mixtures (w 3) ranges from 0 to 0.6. The Apelblat equation was applied for correlating the experimental solubility data, and subsequently used to derive the apparent molar enthalpy, Gibbs energy, and entropy of dissolution of puerarin in methanol+acetic acid binary mixtures.
