Abstract
- The article discusses the results of a survey on clinical research project conducted by the German Society of Pharmaceutical Medicine (DGPharMed) in Germany during February-September 2011. It focuses on the several interpersonal characteristics of a successful project leader that includes knowledge of drug development, risk awareness and medical expertise ranked by the pharmaceutical companies and CROs (clinical research organizations).
