Abstract
- The article presents a study which investigates the onset of progressive disease course of multiple sclerosis (MS) in relation to the patient's age. The study assessed population-based and clinical-based MS cohort as well as age-of-progression-onset (t-test) and time to Expanded Disability Status Scale of 6 (EDSS6). The study found that onset of progression is more dependent on age than the presence or duration of a relapsing disease course in MS.
