Abstract

We determine the representation type of the algebras whose quiver has precisely two vertices and admits no loops by listing all minimal wild algebras of this form. It turns out that such an algebra A is tame if and only if A/rad[SUP3] A is tame, and in this case A degenerates to a special biserial algebra. Moreover, A is wild if and only if it is controlled wild. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
