Abstract
- The New Labor Code came into force on May 1st, 2011. It brought a generous number of amendments. Among them, there is the elimination of the mandatory character of the collective work contract, the introduction of performance criteria, laid down by the employer, the introduction of the mandatory training of graduates, and imprisonment sentence for black employees. The present paper discusses the liabilities that individuals are subject to and the general framework of the first part of the Code. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
