New Provisions of the 2011 Romanian Labor Code: Articles 1 to 31.

The New Labor Code came into force on May 1st, 2011. It brought a generous number of amendments. Among them, there is the elimination of the mandatory character of the collective work contract, the introduction of performance criteria, laid down by the employer, the introduction of the mandatory training of graduates, and imprisonment sentence for black employees.
