Abstract

The article offers the author's view on an article that represents an attempt to systematize the different approaches to the knowledge on empathy. He mentions that the motherly channel of communication is the most appropriate primal to connect with regressed patients. He also proposes that the most appropriate attunement for severely regressed patients is the offer and establishment of corrective symbiotic experience in the framework of corrective emotional experience.
