Abstract

The generalized additional symmetries of the two-Toda lattice hierarchy are investigated in this paper. The algebraic structure of this generalized additional symmetry is showed as w∞xw∞. And the actions of the generalized additional symmetries on τ-function are also discussed, by restricting the two-Toda lattice hierarchy to the semi-infinite case. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
