Abstract

The article reports on a study for analysis of 49 pesticides in pumpkin extract using SCION TQ GC-MS-Mass Spectrometer system from Bruker Corp. The system utilizes approach of new software compound-based screening (CBS) which offers a simplified method set-up for multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). It also evaluates several laboratory equipments including MMS-1000 ion trap MS from 1st Detect Corp., 8800 triple-quadrupole ICP-MS from the company Agilent and Scion SQ MS from Bruker Corp.
